At Galleria Lux, every project begins with thoughtful planning and expert guidance. Our chief designer works closely with homeowners to create beautiful, functional spaces tailored to their lifestyle, architecture, and budget. Because each project requires care, attention, and preparation, we work by appointment only.

To reserve dedicated time with our designer, we require a design retainer prior to scheduling your consultation. This ensures that every meeting is focused, productive, and prepared specifically for your home and goals. Should you choose to move forward with your renovation or product order through Galleria Lux, the full retainer amount will be applied toward your purchase.

This approach guarantees a personalized, high-value design experience from the very first meeting.

How the Process Works?

Step 1 – Pay Your Design Retainer
You pay a one-time design retainer of $300. This secures time with our designer to visit your home (or review your project) and prepare an initial design concept.
Step 2 – Schedule Your Design Appointment
After payment, you’ll be able to choose a convenient date and time to meet with our designer. We’ll walk through your space, discuss goals, take measurements, and review options.
Step 3 – Review Your Design & Showroom Selections
Based on our meeting, we’ll put together a design concept and guide you through finishes and materials in our showroom (cabinets, countertops, flooring, tile, fixtures, etc.).
Step 4 – Retainer Applied to Your Project
If you decide to move forward and place an order with us, 100% of your design retainer is applied toward your purchase. If you choose not to proceed, the retainer simply covers the designer’s time, expertise, and visit.

Design Retainer Terms

The design retainer is required to book a design appointment.
The retainer covers the designer’s time for:
  – Initial consultation
  – Site visit / measurements (if applicable)
  – Preliminary design and planning
If you proceed with an order through our showroom, the retainer is credited in full toward your project.
If you choose not to proceed, the retainer is non-refundable and is kept as payment for our time and design work.
Appointments can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiting the retainer and require a new retainer to rebook.
